Engagement Process & Timelines


Step 1: Discovery & Needs Assessment
We clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics, map current-state architecture, and capture privacy, security, and accessibility needs. In pre-procurement, we support RFIs with market scans and options analysis, and define governance inputs.
Step 2: Solution Design & Proposal
We convert requirements into a compliant design, bill of materials, and delivery plan. For formal procurements, we produce RFP/RFQ responses (technical narratives, security architecture, resumes, pricing forms, mandatory checklists) and draft the Statement of Work (SOW), implementation roadmap, risk register, and governance plan.
Step 3: Implementation & Training
We execute the accepted SOW with change management and quality assurance. Security hardening, privacy-by-design, and AODA/WCAG accessibility are applied throughout. We deliver as-built documentation, runbooks, and admin guides, train users and admins, and complete governance sign-offs with test evidence and acceptance criteria.
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Optimization
We operate under defined SLAs with 24/7 monitoring, incident and problem management, and patching. Quarterly reviews track KPIs, risks, and cost/performance improvements, keep compliance artifacts current (security, privacy, accessibility), and refresh the roadmap for continuous improvement and audit readiness.
